After more than a decade of intensive inner work, I have realized how much personal growth there is out there that doesn’t lead to real results.
Working with aligned coaches, mentors, facilitators, therapists and tools that ACTUALLY work has made all the difference in getting me to where I am today.
I’ve been able to transform and heal childhood trauma, grief, anger, anxiety, depression, self-hatred, feeling stuck, overwhelmed with self-doubt and low-confidence.I have been able to accomplish things that blow my mind and excite the sh*t out of me!!!
This is my new normal. I love myself. I know my worth. I am confident. I enjoy my life to the fullest. I am deeply connected to my inner guidance and sense of purpose on this planet.
